Q: How much will custom embroidery cost?

A: A free quote will be provided on all custom orders prior to production.  The price will be dependent on the estimated stitch count of the design that will be embroidered on it.  There is a one time set-up/digitizing fee to create your logo or design from a .jpg or .pdf file to an embroidery file. You will not be charged again for this service on future orders unless you make changes to the logo or design. Embroidery pricing is based on the number of stitches needed to sew your logo or design. We require a $10.00 order minimum.

Q: What is Digitizing?

A: Digitizing is the conversion of your personal graphic design in either .jpg or .pdf format into a stitch file to be used with an embroidery machine. This is the “set-up” fee. The one-time digitizing fee is based upon size of the image; therefore, these fees can vary slightly. Typical one-time set up fees range from $20-$40.

 

Q: How long will my order take to complete? 

A: Most orders take approximately 3-5 business days to complete once the embroidery design has been approved by the customer.  We complete each customer’s request as quickly as possible in the order that it has been received.  

 

Q: Can I get any design I want sewn onto an item? 

A:  Yes, with the exception of any design and/or logo that has been trademarked or copyrighted.    If trademarked or copyrighted, the customer will have to provide written permission from the company or person(s) that owns that design. 

 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? 

A: We accept Cash or Personal Checks. Venmo or PayPal are options as well. Major credit card payments coming soon! 

 

Q: How do I have my order shipped to me? 

A: We use USPS and/or UPS (for larger orders).   Shipping costs will be determined upon completion of your order and charged to your account once the package has been shipped. 

 

Q: Do you accept returns? 

A: Personalized items are not returnable unless the item was received damaged, or the personalization was incorrect due to our error. We make every effort to ensure that your personalized embroidery is correct.  If items are purchased through us, sizing may vary from brand to brand, so we ask that the information you provide us is correct and accurate upon placing your order.
